Here are some common questions about Tracy Gold Fashion Tips Online Shop.
Where is the Tracy Gold Collection made?

The Tracy Gold Collection is designed by Tracy herself.  Although the fabrics are sourced from around the world, the garments are made in USA with top quality workmanship.  Her seamstresses are highly skilled, well paid and appreciated.

How do I know my size?
Tracy has created a size guide for you to make it easy.  If you are still not sure, feel free to contact her for some assistance.  To see the size guide click here 
How long will it take to receive my order?

If you purchase from the ready-to-wear collection shipping usually takes 3 – 5 working days within the US. If you are ordering from outside of the US, shipping usually takes 1 – 2 weeks. 

If you order from the made-to-order collections, a production time of 3 – 6 weeks is needed.  Shipping times are the same as above.

If an item is out of stock, can I order it?
Tracy Gold only produces small quantities of each item, however, if the there is fabric available, she will gladly make it up for you. To contact her to confirm fabric availability email her on info@tracygoldfashiontips.com
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping of Tracy Gold Collections is free within the US and a flat fee of $37 for international shipping. 

Are customs charges, import taxes included in the price?

If you are ordering outside of USA, The customs charges and import taxes are not included in the price.  If there are any additional costs, these cost will be charged to you in your own country.

What is the return policy?

Tracy wants you to love the items you buy.  If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item from the ready-to-wear collection for a full refund subject to the return policy below:

You must notify Tracy within 5 days of receiving your order, if you wish to return it.  The returned item must be sent by post with a tracking number.

Once the item has been safely returned and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Please note that refunds will not be given under the following circumstances:

If the item has been worn, used or damaged.

If you do not notify Tracy within 5 days of receiving your order, that you wish to return it.

If the item has not been returned via UPS to the return address at your own cost.

If an item is on sale.

The refund will be for the cost of the items only.  You will not be refunded for shipping costs. If you have purchased outside USA any shipping costs, customs charges, import duty costs etc that you may have incured, will not be refunded.

If the item is from the made-to-order collections.

 

How do I wash my TG items?

Tracy would like you to enjoy wearing your Tracy Gold Collection items for many years to come. They will much longer if you follow these instructions:

  • Hand wash
  • Drip dry
  • Do not use fabric softner
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Dry cleanable
